InSync processes content you voluntarily provide for AI analysis. This includes:
- Text messages and conversation content you enter in the app
- Screenshots/images you upload for analysis
- Optional names and context you provide about participants or situations
- Service metadata needed to process requests (for example, user ID and thread ID)
2. How We Use Your Information
Your submitted data is:
- Sent securely to Anthropic's Claude AI service to generate analysis and chat responses
- Used only to provide requested app features
- Never sold to third parties
- Not used by us to train AI models
3. Consent Before AI Processing
Before first use of AI features, InSync asks for your permission in-app and explains what data is sent, who receives it, and why it is sent. No AI processing occurs until you consent. You can revoke consent at any time in Settings.
4. Data Storage
- Analysis history is stored locally on your device
- Data may sync via your personal iCloud account (if enabled)
- We do not intentionally retain conversation content on our servers after processing is complete, except as required for transient processing, security, or legal compliance
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption in transit using HTTPS/TLS
- Secure API communications and operational safeguards
- No persistent storage of conversation content on our servers after processing
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Delete all your data at any time from Settings
- Export your analysis history
- Request information about your data
